   How can I check my order status?

   If you are a registered member, login and check "My orders/Shipping Status."

   If you placed an order as a guest, enter your order number and password to check the status.

   Can I cancel or change my order?

   Changes or cancellations are only possible while the order is in "Payment Completed" status. Once the order has been processed, modifications are no longer possible. Please contact customer support for assistance.

   How are taxes and duties handled?

   Orders are shipped from South Korea, and local taxes or customs fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. Please check with your local customs office for more information. The recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred during international shipping. These charges are determined by your country and are beyond our control.
